Sie reagieren mit dem Polyol, um das PU-Produkt zu bilden, und werden w\u00e4hrend des Aush\u00e4rtungsprozesses vollst\u00e4ndig verbraucht. In den fertigen Artikeln sind daher keine Diisocyanate enthalten.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sind Diisocyanate gef\u00e4hrlich?<\/strong><\/h5><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diisocyanate sind sicher, wenn sie in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den entsprechenden Risikomanagementma\u00dfnahmen und Sicherheitsvorschriften gehandhabt werden. Aufgrund ihres Sensibilisierungspotenzials wurde jedoch eine europ\u00e4ische Beschr\u00e4nkung eingef\u00fchrt, um eine sichere Verwendung dieser Chemikalien zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Wie sieht diese Regelung aus?<\/strong><\/h5><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am 4. August 2020 ver\u00f6ffentlichten die Beh\u00f6rden der Europ\u00e4ischen Union im <a href=\"https:\/\/safeusediisocyanates.eu\/de\/reach-gesetzgebung\">Rahmen der REACH-Verordnung<\/a> eine Beschr\u00e4nkung f\u00fcr Diisocyanate. Diese Einschr\u00e4nkung wurde eingef\u00fchrt, um eine m\u00f6gliche Sensibilisierung durch diese Stoffe zu vermeiden, die normalerweise in nicht ausgeh\u00e4rteten PU-Produkten wie Klebstoffen, Dichtungsmitteln und PU-Sch\u00e4umen vorkommen. Nach dieser neuen Verordnung muss jedes Produkt, das mehr als 0,1 % monomere Diisocyanate enth\u00e4lt, deutlich gekennzeichnet werden, und professionelle Anwender m\u00fcssen vor dem Umgang mit diesen Produkten eine spezielle Schulung absolvieren.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Welche spezifischen Schulungen sind vorgeschrieben?<\/strong><\/h5><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ab dem 24. August 2023 wird eine Schulung f\u00fcr berufliche und industrielle Anwender von Produkten, die mehr als 0,1 % monomere Diisocyanate enthalten, verpflichtend sein. FEICA (Europ\u00e4ischer Verband der Kleb- und Dichtstoffindustrie), ISOPA und ALIPA (Industrieverb\u00e4nde der Diisocyanathersteller) und mehrere Lieferanten haben diese Schulung f\u00fcr alle professionellen Anwender von PU-Klebstoffen, -Dichtstoffen oder -Schaumstoffen entwickelt.
